Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information involved when you use Head Auditor and how it is used to provide the audit.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Information you provide
When you run an audit, you provide a website address. Do not enter personal information, private links, credentials or addresses that you are not authorised to assess.
How information is used
The submitted address is used to request the public page, inspect its head elements and return an audit report. Technical information may also be processed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Head Auditor does not use the submitted address to make automated decisions about you or to guarantee any SEO outcome.
Service providers and logs
The service runs on hosting and infrastructure providers that may process standard technical logs, such as request times, device or network information and error details, for security and reliable operation.
The external website you submit receives a request from the audit service and remains governed by its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and maintain the service, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting a website address and stop using the service at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, including access, correction or deletion.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
